CHRiS CARDi offers shipping via USPS within the United States. ** (Expedited shipping options may be available when inquired at customer’s expense.)

Most orders ship within 10 business days from date purchased. In the event that an order may take longer, we will alert you promptly if there's a potential delay and keep you updated on its status.

Items purchased from CHRiS CARDi’s online store can ship to destinations in all 50 United States and its territories.

**Estimated shipping and delivery dates will be based on availability of items ordered and preferred shipping options.

**Shipping tracking number will be provided via email to buyer once order is shipped.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Terms & Conditions

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions concerning International orders with www.chriscardi.com and/or shop.chriscardi.com. Any order being shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to incremental import duties and taxes. Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. 

• Please allow additional delivery time for orders with a shipping destination outside of the United States (6-10 business days) (varies by country).
• If an order is placed on www.chriscardi.com and/or shop.chriscardi.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
• We have made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges. We only charge our cost for these services. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
• All prices on www.chriscardi.com and/or shop.chriscardi.com are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). The price is exclusive of any import duties, taxes and shipping charges.
• When placing an order with www.chriscardi.com and/or shop.chriscardi.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by you. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes.
• Some items sold on www.chriscardi.com and/or shop.chriscardi.com may require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items; therefore, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
• If you have any questions concerning your order and you currently live outside of the United States, you may contact us via e-mail here: info@chriscardi.com and we will be glad to assist you.

By ordering goods from this website, I hereby authorize a licensed customs broker chosen by the operator of the website to act as my agent and to transact business with the applicable border services agency to clear my merchandise, and account for applicable duties and taxes.

Please be aware that, for the purposes of fraud prevention, we may verify the shipping address which could result in a slight delay in shipping. To help speed up the process, please provide a valid daytime telephone number, business address and email address so we can easily contact you. We reserve the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we apologize for any inconvenience.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

CHRiS CARDi House of Design has a NO REFUND POLICY. You can return your unworn merchandise, in original or resale condition, unwashed (clean) for an exchange or online store credit within 15 calendar days of receipt. Before an exchange or store credit is granted customer must first contact us via email: info@chriscardi.com with the reason for the return. Customer is responsible for exchange/return postage cost. Package must be insured and tracking number must be provided. We will refuse any return that does not follow this process. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it we will determine the best course of action to satisfy your order.

Online Store Credit:

Online store credit is good for 12 months of issuing date. The credit code will be emailed to you with date stamp. It is your responsibility to save this email and/or print it. Any online store credit unused over the 12 month limit will be forfeited.

You should expect to receive your exchange within 2 weeks of giving your secure package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a return in a shorter time frame. This time frame includes the transit time for CHRiS CARDi staff to receive your return from the shipper (up to 3-5 business days), the time it takes CHRiS CARDi staff to process your return once received (up to 2-4 business days), and the time it takes to reship your return request (up to 3-5 business days).
